Thank you for introducing me to the amazing work of the painter Jon McNaughton. He has captured the stunningly moronic and infantile template for all propaganda posters. The great news is now we can just simply replace the lead figure of this iconic painting with whomever currently to worship (Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Jim Jones, all the greats), add a palm tree, or a mountain top in the background and viola... great men need great art.
