And anyway, it would be just like you to deny us a little bit of romantic drivel in this story

Seriously though guys, I love this story and have bombarded my friends with it every week with the admonition that they really should be paying attention

The Japanese refer to it as “the suspension bridge effect.” Two people who face heart-pounding situations together end up associating those feelings of excitement with the other person.

Holy crap, I laughed all the way through this one. Well, except maybe at the arrival of the helicopters at the end. Although I think the missile launchers are going to be a nasty surprise to them.
